Mark and Michele Medal didn’t start Medicine With The Medals to go viral. They started it because healing—real, messy, soul-level healing—is something the world needs more of.

After navigating personal trauma, addiction recovery, plant medicine ceremonies, and the highs and lows of modern life, they felt called to create a space where others could share their stories and reflect on their journeys.
